Continental Tyres has been recognised as one of the world’s most sustainable companies by Time magazine and the data and business intelligence platform Statista. The accolade places Continental in the top 500 companies globally for sustainability in 2024, following rigorous evaluation. 

This recognition highlights Continental’s commitment to sustainable development and its contributions to reducing emissions, enhancing energy efficiency, and advancing the use of renewable energy across its operations.

Continental’s inclusion in Time and Statista’s sustainability rankings underscores the company’s comprehensive sustainability strategy. Selected from over 5,000 global companies, Continental achieved an impressive sustainability score of 61.39 out of 100. This score placed it 265th overall in the global list and among the top 10 in the automotive industry category. As one of only three tyre manufacturers in the top 500, Continental stands out, particularly in its commitment to sustainability practices throughout its entire value chain.
