Goodyear Launches the Eagle F1 Asymmetric 6

This summer tyre has been built with a noise-cancelling pattern to reduce noise levels compared with the previous Eagle F1 Asymmetric 5, making it ideal for electric vehicles. This summer tyre will be accessible in January of 2022 and rolled out in 28 sizes with additional sizes added to the range throughout the year taking it to a total of 65 sizes.

Addition to the enhanced noise-cancelling technology, this summer has increased dry performance with the new variation of the contact patch technology. This technology boosts the size of the tyre’s contact patch that adapts to load variations and improves the contact between rubber and tarmac as well as adapts to the driving style. This is because of changes to the resin used in it’s compound which helps improve the rolling resistance and produces high wear rates. Providing the driver with added grip and superior responsiveness to extreme manoeuvres, delivering the most comfortable and entertaining driving experience no matter the destination.
